The Leica Pinmaster II operates on a single Lithium-Ion battery. If the battery is not pre-installed, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover, typically on the side or bottom of the device.

  3. Insert the Lithium-Ion battery with the positive (+) terminal facing the direction indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Replace the cover and turn it clockwise until it is securely tightened to ensure water resistance.
