Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance of your DIG PRV075 pressure regulator. Follow these steps carefully:

  2. Prepare the Connection: Turn off the main water supply to the irrigation line where the regulator will be installed.

    • Apply thread sealant tape (Teflon tape) or pipe dope to the male threads of your water source connection.
    • Carefully thread the inlet side of the PRV075 onto the prepared male thread. Hand-tighten first, then use a wrench for an additional 1 to 2 turns until snug. Do not overtighten.
    • Repeat the process for the outlet side, connecting it to your drip irrigation or micro-sprinkler system.
