- Unlock Dispenser: Insert the provided key into the lock at the top of the dispenser and turn to unlock. The front cover will pivot downwards.
- Load Rolls: Place two standard core toilet tissue rolls onto the spindles. Ensure the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll.
