- Ensure the clothesline is mounted on a structurally sound wall capable of supporting the unit's weight plus the maximum load of wet laundry.
- Do not overload the clothesline. While sturdy, excessive weight can cause sagging or damage to the unit and mounting points. Avoid hanging very heavy items such as wet rugs, blankets, or quilts.
- Keep children and pets away from the clothesline during operation to prevent entanglement or injury.
- Regularly inspect the lines and mounting hardware for any signs of wear, damage, or loosening.

Installation typically takes approximately 60 minutes. For optimal stability, it is highly recommended to mount the main unit and the receiving bar into wall studs where possible. If mounting into drywall, use appropriate heavy-duty wall anchors (not always included) to prevent the hooks from pulling out, especially with heavier loads.
- Họrọ ebe: Select two opposing walls that are within the maximum span of 4.4 meters (approximately 14.4 feet). Ensure the chosen height is convenient for hanging laundry.
- Kaa akara ebe a na-egwupụta ihe: Hold the main unit against the wall at the desired height and mark the screw holes. Repeat this for the receiving bar on the opposite wall, ensuring it is at the same height and aligned horizontally with the main unit.
- Oghere egwu egwu: Using an appropriate drill bit for your wall type (wood stud, drywall, masonry), drill pilot holes at the marked locations. If drilling into drywall without a stud, insert suitable wall anchors.
- Mount Main Unit: Secure the main clothesline unit to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
- Mount Receiving Bar: Secure the receiving bar to the opposite wall using the provided screws. For enhanced stability, especially if heavy items will be dried, consider mounting a sturdy wooden board to the wall first, then attaching the receiving bar to the board.

- Extend Lines: Gently pull the receiving bar away from the main unit. The five lines will extend simultaneously.
- Secure Lines: Once extended to the desired length, hook the receiving bar onto the designated hooks on the opposite wall. The auto-blocking system will keep the lines taut.
- Hang Laundry: Distribute laundry evenly across the five lines. Avoid concentrating heavy items on a single line to prevent excessive sagging.
- Retract Lines: After use, unhook the receiving bar from the wall. The lines will automatically retract into the main unit. Guide the receiving bar gently back to the main unit to ensure smooth retraction and prevent tangling. The retraction spring is designed to prevent lines from getting entangled.

Nlekọta
- Nhicha: Wipe the stainless steel unit and lines with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or lines.
- Nnyocha Ahịrị: Periodically check the lines for fraying, cuts, or excessive stretching. If a line appears damaged, contact customer support for advice.
- Nlebanya nbanye: Ensure all mounting screws remain tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
Nchọpụta nsogbu
- Lines Sagging: If lines sag excessively even with a light load, ensure the receiving bar is securely hooked and the auto-blocking mechanism is engaged. Overloading can also cause sagging; redistribute laundry or reduce the load.
- Lines Not Retracting Smoothly: Ensure there are no obstructions in the path of the lines or the receiving bar. Guide the bar gently during retraction. If the lines become unevenly tensioned, fully extend and retract them a few times to help reset their length.
- Mounting Hooks Pulling Out: This indicates insufficient support from the wall. If mounted into drywall, consider using stronger wall anchors or mounting a wooden board to the wall studs first, then attaching the receiving bar to the board.
