Ntinye wiil na axle: Slide the axles through the designated openings on the frame. Attach the wheels, plastic washers, and lock collars. Ensure the lock collars are tightened using a 4mm Allen wrench. You may need to lift or block the unit to facilitate wheel installation.

Figure 3: Two hose reels provide organized storage for the high-pressure hose and a garden hose.
Hose Reel Mounting: Mount the hose reel using the provided bolts. There are typically three bolts, with an option for a fourth if desired by drilling a hole. Connect the high-pressure hose to the reel, ensuring a secure fit. Lubricate quick couplers with silicone grease or Vaseline to prevent corrosion and seizing.
2. Fluid Checks and Filling
Before initial use, verify and fill all necessary fluids.
- Mmanụ mgbapụta: The pressure pump is typically pre-filled with SAE 85W-90 non-detergent oil. Check the fluid level using the sight glass or dipstick. Ensure the vented cap is installed after checking.
- Mmanụ Engine: The engine is shipped without oil. Fill with 10W-30 motor oil, approximately 1.16 quarts, suitable for temperatures between 0-100°F. Use the provided flexible funnel for easier filling. Check the oil level using the dipstick, ensuring it's not threaded in when checking.
- Gasoline Tank: Fill the gasoline tank with unleaded gasoline.
- Diesel/Fuel Oil Tank: Fill the diesel tank (5-gallon capacity) with diesel or fuel oil only. Do not overfill.
