5. Ntuziaka ọrụ
The OTOFIX TireGo 808 offers two primary operation modes: Quick Mode for streamlined tasks and Advanced Mode for more complex TPMS repairs.

Figure 5.1: Quick Mode and Advanced Mode Overview
5.1 Sensor Activation
The TireGo 808 can trigger both OEM and universal 315MHz/433MHz TPMS sensors to read their data.
- Navigate to the "Activate Sensors" function on the device.
- Position the tool near the tire valve stem.
- Press the "Activate" button on the device to trigger the sensor.
- The device will display sensor information such as ID, tire pressure, temperature, battery condition, and position.

5.2 MX-Sensor Programming
The TireGo 808 is specifically designed to program OTOFIX MX-Sensors (315MHz/433MHz). Up to 16 MX-Sensors can be programmed wirelessly at once. Ensure the MX-Sensor is placed within 4 inches of the device's embedded sensor slot during programming.

Figure 5.3: MX-Sensor Programming Methods
Four programming modes are available:
- Detuo site na OBD: Connect the tool to the vehicle's OBDII port to read the sensor ID from the TPMS ECU module and copy it to new MX-Sensors.
- Detuo site na ịgbalite: Activate the original sensor to retrieve its ID, then copy this ID to new MX-Sensors. This method often bypasses the need for a relearn procedure.
- Detuo site na ntinye akwụkwọ ntuziaka: Manually enter the sensor ID into the device, which is then programmed to the new MX-Sensors.
- Mepụta ihe mmetụta 1-16 na-akpaghị aka: If the original sensor ID is unavailable, the device can generate new random sensor IDs and program them to MX-Sensors.
5.3 Sensor Relearn
After replacing and programming new sensors, a relearn procedure is necessary for the vehicle's TPMS ECU to recognize them. The TireGo 808 supports three relearn methods:

Figure 5.4: Sensor Relearn Methods
- OBD mụta: Connect the tool to the vehicle's OBDII port. The tool will directly write the new TPMS sensor IDs to the TPMS module.
- Mụta akpaghị aka: For certain vehicles, the relearn process can be completed automatically by driving the vehicle for a specified period.
- Mụta ebe a na-anọ ọdụ: This method requires placing the vehicle in "Learn Mode" and then following the on-screen instructions to relearn the sensor positions.
5.4 Nyocha TPMS
The device can perform a comprehensive diagnostic scan of the entire TPMS system to identify faults or malfunctions. It can read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) related to the TPMS.
- DTC Guidance: Provides detailed explanations for DTCs, including possible causes and solutions.
- Ndekọ nchọpụta: Stores historical test results for future reference and analysis.
5.5 Key Fob Test
Use this function to check the frequency and battery status of a vehicle's key fob. This helps in diagnosing issues with remote entry or ignition systems.

9. Ndụmọdụ onye ọrụ
- For successful MX-Sensor programming, always keep the sensor within 4 inches of the tool and ensure other sensors are not in close proximity.
- During programming, verify that the tire pressure is appropriate (e.g., less than 69Kpa) as indicated by the tool.
- If you encounter difficulties relearning sensors, double-check if your original OEM sensor can be properly copied. If issues persist, consider replacing the OEM sensor with an OTOFIX MX-Sensor for better compatibility.
- Regularly monitor tire frequency, battery life, sensor ID, tire pressure, and temperature using the activation function to ensure optimal tire performance and safety.
