  • How do I turn on my Theragun device?

    For most models like the PRO and Elite, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad for about 2 seconds. The OLED screen (if equipped) will light up. For the Theragun mini, press and hold the multi-functional power/speed button on the side.

    On OLED models, the battery level is displayed on the screen. For the Theragun mini, the LED light on the button indicates charge: solid green is fully charged, flashing green is high, flashing blue is medium, and flashing red indicates low charge.

    Ensure the device is powered off. Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push it firmly to connect. To remove, grip the plastic connector of the attachment (placing one finger on each side) and pull it off firmly.

  • Does the Theragun have a warranty?

    Yes, Therabody provides a limited warranty for its devices. The duration varies by model (e.g., PRO often has a 2-year warranty, while others may have 1 year). Attachments generally have a 30-day warranty.
