The HOTT C229 features a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable battery, providing 8-14 hours of continuous playback. Before first use, or when the battery is low, charge the device using the provided USB Type-C cable.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the back of the CD player.

- Carefully place your CD (or CD-R) onto the central spindle, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Close the transparent front panel until it clicks into place.

Power On/Off and Basic Playback
- To power on the device, rotate the volume knob clockwise until you hear a click, or press the power button on the remote control.
- The LED display will show 'LOAD' and then the track number.

The HOTT C229 supports Bluetooth 5.3, functioning as both a transmitter (sending audio to Bluetooth headphones/speakers) and a receiver (receiving audio from a Bluetooth device).
Bluetooth Transmitter Mode (Playing CD/TF/USB to Bluetooth Device):
- Ensure the CD player is in CD, TF, or USB mode.
- Pịa Ụdị button until 'BT' or 'BLUE' appears on the display.

- On your external device (phone, tablet), search for 'HOTT C229' in the Bluetooth settings and connect.
- Once connected, you can play audio from your device through the CD player's speaker.

Use the provided 3.5mm audio cable to connect external audio sources to the CD player.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX-in port on the back of the CD player.
- Connect the other end to the audio output of your external device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone).
- The CD player will automatically switch to AUX mode, or you may need to select it using the Ụdị bọtịnụ.
Micro SD/USB Playback
The device supports playback from TF cards (1GB-128GB) and MP3 U-drives.
- Insert a TF card into the MicroSD slot or a USB drive into the USB port on the back of the player.

The CD player features dynamic RGB lighting around the CD disc.

- Long press the Lighting button to turn off the light.
