This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Makeid L1-C Label Printer Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to maximize its lifespan. The Makeid L1-C is a portable, rechargeable label maker designed for creating custom labels quickly and efficiently.

4. Nhazi

Before first use, fully charge the Makeid L1-C printer. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the printer's charging port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The indicator light will show charging status.

- Open the label compartment cover on the printer.
- Insert a Makeid label tape roll into the compartment, ensuring the label end feeds out through the printer's slot.
- Close the compartment cover. The printer's FRID chip will automatically detect the label type and size.

4.3 Nbudata ngwa na njikọ Bluetooth
- Budata ya MakeID Life app from your smartphone's app store. You can find it on the Ụlọ ahịa ngwa or Google Play.

5.1 Creating Labels with the MakeID Life App
The MakeID Life app provides a versatile platform for designing your labels:
- Ederede: Enter your desired text. The app offers over 88 fonts for customization.
- Icons & Frames: Choose from over 600 icons and 26 frames to enhance your labels.
- Ndebiri: Utilize pre-designed templates for various applications.
- QR Codes & Barcodes: Generate and print QR codes or barcodes directly from the app.

Once your label design is complete in the app, tap the print icon. The printer will process and print the label at a speed of approximately 30.5mm/s.
5.3 Cutting Labels
After printing, use the built-in cutter to cleanly separate the printed label from the tape roll. Press the cutter button or lever (location may vary slightly by model revision) to activate the cutting mechanism.
5.4 Label Compatibility and Applications
The Makeid L1-C is compatible with various label types, including continuous and die-cut labels, in widths such as 9mm, 12mm, and 16mm. These labels are waterproof and fade-resistant, suitable for diverse applications.

To ensure optimal print quality, periodically clean the print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Ensure the printer is turned off and disconnected from power before cleaning.

Store the printer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove any label tape if storing for an extended period.

If you encounter issues with your Makeid L1-C printer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

- Labels not cutting cleanly: Check for any obstructions in the cutter mechanism. Ensure the label tape is properly aligned.
