4. Nhazi

  1. Unpack the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories.
  2. Place the unit on a dry, stable, and level surface.
  3. Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging into a grounded outlet.
  4. Fill the stainless steel tank with an appropriate cleaning solution. Ensure the liquid level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' marks. Do not overfill or underfill.
  5. Place the cleaning basket into the tank.

5.1 Basic Cleaning Procedure

  1. After setup, place the items to be cleaned into the basket. Ensure items are fully submerged but do not touch the bottom of the tank directly.

  3. Plug in the unit and turn on the main power switch.
  4. Set the desired cleaning time using the 'TIME' knob (up to 30 minutes).
  5. If heating is required, set the desired temperature using the 'TEMPERATURE' knob (70-175°F). The 'HEATING' indicator will illuminate.
  6. The 'CLEANING' indicator will light up when the ultrasonic function is active.
  7. Once the set time expires, the unit will automatically stop.
  8. Carefully open the lid, remove the basket with the cleaned items, and rinse them under clean water.
  9. Unplug the unit and drain the used solution.

5.2 Degassing (Initial Use)

For optimal performance, especially during initial use or after changing the solution, it is recommended to degas the cleaning solution. Run the cleaner for 5-10 minutes without items to remove dissolved gases, which improves cavitation efficiency.

6.1 Draining and Cleaning the Tank

  1. Always unplug the unit before draining.
  2. Carefully pour out the used cleaning solution.
  3. Wipe the tank interior with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
  4. Ensure the exterior of the unit is kept dry.

6.2 Nchekwa

When not in use, ensure the unit is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

  • Heating not working: Check if the 'HEATING' indicator is illuminated. Adjust the temperature knob. Ensure the unit has been given enough time to reach the set temperature.
