1. Unboxing na mbụ Charge

Carefully remove the keyboard and all accessories from the packaging. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the keyboard using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and a power source. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

The K17 Max supports three connection types: 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.1 wireless, and wired USB-C.

2.1. 2.4GHz Njikọ ikuku

  1. Connect the USB-C cable to the keyboard's port and the other end to your computer's USB port.
  2. Slide the mode switch on the keyboard to the 'Cable' position.

2. Key Customization with QMK/Launcher

The K17 Max supports QMK/VIA firmware, allowing for advanced key remapping and macro creation. Keychron provides a web-based Launcher application for easy customization.

  1. Ensure your keyboard is connected via wired USB-C mode.
  2. Open a modern web browser (Chrome, Opera, Edge) and navigate to the Keychron Launcher web application (e.g., Keychron QMK/VIA page).
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to detect your keyboard and customize key assignments, macros, and lighting effects.
