This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Splenssy Smart Door Lock. This smart lock offers multiple entry methods including fingerprint, passcode, RFID card, mechanical key, and mobile application (APP) access. It is designed for doors with a thickness between 35mm and 55mm.
Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper function and security.

3. Nhazi
3.1 Door Preparation and Installation
Ensure your door thickness is between 35mm and 55mm. Use the provided Opening Hole Template Diagram to prepare your door for installation. Follow the steps below for mechanical installation:
- Install the lock body into the door edge.
- Attach the front lock panel, ensuring the spindle and wires pass through the door.
- Connect the wires from the front panel to the rear panel.
- Secure the rear lock panel to the door using the provided screw kit.
- Test the mechanical operation of the handle and deadbolt.

3.2 Ntinye batrị
The lock requires 4 AA batteries (not included). Install them into the battery compartment on the rear panel. Ensure correct polarity. The lock will provide a voice prompt upon successful power-up.

To utilize the Wi-Fi features and remote control, download the accompanying mobile application. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your lock. A gateway device is required for remote monitoring, changing/deleting passwords remotely, and other advanced Wi-Fi functions. Basic app functions can be performed near the lock without a gateway.

4. Ntuziaka ọrụ
4.1 Ụzọ mmeghe
Your Splenssy Smart Door Lock supports five methods for unlocking:

- Passcode Unlock: Enter your registered passcode on the touchscreen keypad.
- Mmeghe Kaadị RFID: Present your registered RFID card to the card reader area.

- APP Kpọghe: Use the mobile application to unlock the door (requires Wi-Fi connection and gateway for remote unlock).

4.2 User Management (via APP)
The mobile application allows you to add, modify, or delete users for fingerprint, passcode, and RFID card access. Refer to the app's specific instructions for detailed steps on user management.
4.3 Continuous Open Mode
The indoor button can activate a continuous open mode with a short press. Press it again to cancel this mode. This feature is useful for temporary unrestricted access.
4.4 Emergency Unlock
In case of battery failure, you can use the mechanical key to unlock the door. Additionally, an external USB Type-C power bank can be connected to the emergency power interface on the front panel to temporarily power the lock and allow entry via electronic methods.

- Nhicha: Wipe the lock surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
