  1. Gently open the top cover of the label maker.
  2. Insert the label roll into the paper bin, ensuring the labels face upwards and the leading edge extends slightly out of the printer slot.
  3. Adjust the paper slot guides to secure the label tape properly according to its width (23-54mm).

3.2. Connecting to the App and PC

The PM220S supports both Bluetooth connectivity for mobile devices and USB connectivity for computers.

  • For iOS & Android Mobile Phones: Download the "Labelnize" app from your device's app store. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the label maker via Bluetooth. Do NOT connect directly via your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • For PC (Windows/Mac): Gaa leta polono.com to download the necessary driver and PC application for the PM220S. Install the driver and app, then connect the label maker to your computer using the provided USB Type-C cable.

4.1. Using the "Labelnize" App

The "Labelnize" app offers extensive features for label customization:

  • Ndebiri: Access a variety of free label templates for different purposes.

  • Fonts & Languages: Choose from over 90 fonts and 14 languages.

Once your label design is complete in the app or PC software:

  1. Ensure the label maker is powered on and connected to your device.
  2. Select your desired label design.
  3. Adjust print settings such as number of copies and print density if available.
  4. Initiate the print command from the app or software. The PM220S will print high-definition labels at 203 DPI without ink.

4.3. Screen Display Features

The integrated LED screen provides useful information at a glance:
