This sink supports both drop-in (topmount) and undermount installation. Ensure your cabinet is at least 35 inches wide to accommodate the sink.

- Inspect Sink: Carefully inspect the sink for any damage prior to installation. Do not install a damaged sink.

- Kwadebe Countertop: Use the provided cut-out template to mark the opening on your countertop. For undermount installation, ensure the cut-out is slightly smaller than the sink rim. For drop-in, the cut-out should match the inner rim of the sink.
- Cut Countertop: Carefully cut the opening in the countertop using a jigsaw. Smooth any rough edges.
6.2. Undermount Installation
- Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter of the sink's top edge where it will contact the countertop.
- Carefully lift the sink into position from underneath the countertop, aligning it with the cut-out.
- Secure the sink using the provided mounting clips. Attach the clips to the underside of the countertop and tighten them evenly until the sink is firmly held in place. Do not overtighten.
- Wipe away any excess sealant immediately.
6.3. Drop-in (Topmount) Installation
- Apply a continuous bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter of the countertop cut-out.
- Carefully lower the sink into the opening, ensuring it is properly aligned.
- From underneath the countertop, attach the provided mounting clips to the sink rim and tighten them evenly until the sink is firmly seated. Do not overtighten.
- Wipe away any excess sealant immediately.
6.4. Drain and Faucet Installation
- Install your chosen drain assembly (basket strainer or disposal flange) according to its manufacturer's instructions. Ensure a watertight seal.
- Install your kitchen faucet into the pre-drilled faucet hole(s) on your countertop or directly into the sink if applicable, following the faucet manufacturer's instructions.
- Connect all plumbing lines and check for leaks.
