1. Okwu mmalite
This manual provides essential information for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your RockJam 49 Key USB Keyboard Piano, Model RJ490BB. Designed for beginners and intermediate players, this compact digital piano offers a wide range of features to enhance your musical journey. It includes 200 tones, 200 rhythms, 50 demo tracks, and convenient record and playback functionality. With versatile connectivity options and integrated learning tools, the RockJam RJ490BB is an ideal instrument for exploring music.

2. Ihe ngwugwu

3. Nhazi

The keyboard can be powered in two ways:
- Ike USB: Connect the provided USB cable to the DC 5V-2A port on the back of the keyboard and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- Ike batrị: Insert 4 x AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard. Ensure correct polarity.
3.2 Ịtinye Ezumike Egwu
Locate the slots on the top panel of the keyboard. Insert the music rest into these slots until it is securely in place. This provides a stable platform for sheet music or a tablet.
3.3 Applying Keynote Stickers
For beginners, the included piano note stickers can be applied to the white keys to help identify notes. Carefully peel each sticker and align it with the corresponding key, ensuring it adheres smoothly. These stickers are designed to be removable.
4. Ntuziaka ọrụ

Pịa IKE button located on the top left of the control panel to turn the keyboard on or off.

4.3 Ịhọrọ ụda
The keyboard features 200 different tones. To select a tone:
- Pịa ỤWA bọtịnụ.
- Use the number pad (0-9) or the '+' and '-' buttons to enter the desired tone number. The selected tone number will appear on the digital display.
Refer to the tone list printed on the keyboard for available options, including Piano, Organ, Guitar, Bass, Strings, Brass, Synth, and various Sound Effects.

4.4 Ịhọrọ Ụdị Egwuregwu
Igodo ahụ nwere ụda 200. Iji họrọ ụda:

- Use the number pad (0-9) or the '+' and '-' buttons to enter the desired rhythm number.

Available rhythms include Pop, Dance, Samba, Tango, Country, and various traditional styles.
4.5 Mgbanwe Oge
While a rhythm or demo song is playing, use the TEMPO '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the playback speed.

4.6 Ihe ngosi ngosi
The keyboard has 50 pre-recorded demo songs. Press the DEMO button to cycle through and play the demo songs. Press Malite/Kwụsị ịkwụsị ịkpọghachi.
4.7 Ndekọ & Nkpọghachi
To record your performance:
- Pịa REC button. The display will indicate recording mode.
- Play your desired melody on the keys.
- Pịa KWURU ige egwu gị e dekọrọ.
4.8 Effects (Sustain, Vibrato)
Tinye ihe AHUSR. button to prolong the sound of notes. Press the VIBRATO button to add a wavering effect to the notes.
4.9 Ịgba egwu

5. Njikọta
The RockJam RJ490BB offers several ports for enhanced functionality:
- Jack ekweisi (3.5mm): Connect headphones for private practice without disturbing others.
- Ntinye inyeaka (3.5mm): Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to play along with your favorite songs.
- Microphone Input (3.5mm): Connect a microphone (not included) to sing along while playing.
- Ọdụ ụgbọ mmiri USB: Connect the keyboard to a computer for MIDI functionality, allowing use with music software.

6. Learning Resources
Your RockJam keyboard includes access to exclusive content designed to aid your learning:
- Simply Piano App: Unlock exclusive content from the Simply Piano IOS and Android application. This app provides interactive lessons, helping you learn fundamental piano techniques and play popular songs. Follow the instructions provided with your product to redeem your access.
- Keynote Stickers: As mentioned in the Setup section, these stickers are a visual aid for identifying notes on the keys, making it easier to follow sheet music and learn scales.
7. Nlekọta
Proper care will ensure the longevity of your keyboard:
- Nhicha: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the keyboard. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.

- Keys Unresponsive:

- If certain keys on the left side are unresponsive, check if a 'finger' button or similar setting is activated, which might mute sections of the keyboard for specific modes. Deactivate it to restore full keyboard functionality.

- If using batteries, replace them with fresh ones.
