Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. Refer to the included hardware list for component identification.

4.1. How to Use a Cam Bolt & Cam Lock

  1. Clockwise rotate the CAM BOLT until the shoulder is against the surface of the board.
  2. Push a CAM LOCK into the board. The arrow in the CAM LOCK must point toward the hole in the edge of the board.
  3. Insert the CAM BOLT into the CAM LOCK. Clockwise rotate to tighten the CAM LOCK.

  1. Step 1: Prepare Side Panels
    Attach slide screws (H) and cam bolts (A) to panels 3 and 4. Ensure wide openings face cam bolts.
  2. Step 2: Assemble Cabinet Base
    Connect panels 3 and 6 using wood dowels (C) and cam locks (B). Secure with reinforcement panel (28).
  3. Step 3: Attach Outer Side Panels
    Connect panel 5 to the assembled cabinet using wood dowels (C) and long bolts (D). Secure with EVA pads (F).
  4. Step 4: Assemble Metal Legs
    Connect left metal leg (18) and right metal leg (19) using medium bolts (G) and Allen key (N). Ensure flat sides face outward.
  5. Step 5: Attach Metal Tubes
    Connect metal tubes (20, 22, 23, 24) to the metal legs using short bolts (E) and medium bolts (G). Ensure flat sides face outward.
  6. Step 6: Secure Metal Frame
    Attach metal brackets (I) to panel 3 using slide screws (H). Connect the metal frame to the cabinet sides using long bolts (D).

    Attach support bar (26) to the metal frame using medium bolts (G). Ensure the hole is close to the short metal tube (23) and faces the right side panel (4).
  8. Step 8: Install Shorter Support Bar

  9. Step 9: Prepare Desktop Panels
    Attach cam bolts (A) to desktop panel (1) and short desktop panel (2). Rotate clockwise until the shoulder is against the surface.

    Place desktop panels (1 and 2) onto the assembled frame. Secure using cam locks (B) and wood dowels (C). Adjust to align properly.
  11. Step 11: Assemble Small Drawers
    Connect small drawer sides (9, 10, 13) and small drawer back (11) using drawer screws (J). Insert small drawer bottom (15). Repeat for all 4 small drawers.
  12. Step 12: Assemble Large Drawers
    Connect large drawer sides (11, 12, 14) and large drawer back (12) using drawer screws (J). Insert large drawer bottom (16). Repeat for both large drawers.
  13. Step 13: Attach Drawer Fronts
    Attach handles (K) to small drawer fronts (7) and large drawer fronts (8) using handle bolts (M).

    Attach small left/right slides (L1/R1) to small drawers and big left/right slides (L2/R2) to large drawers using slide screws (H).
  15. Step 15: Insert Drawers

  16. Step 16: Apply Stickers
    Cover any visible bolt holes with the provided stickers (P) for a clean finish.
