The Akitas S12 features a 0.8-liter bagless dustbin. Empty it regularly to maintain suction power.
- Disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the power outlet.
- Press the dustbin release button (one-click operation) to detach the dustbin from the main unit.
- Hold the dustbin over a waste bin and open the bottom flap to release the collected debris.

The HEPA filter is washable and should be cleaned regularly, especially if suction power decreases.
- Disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the power outlet.

- Rinse the HEPA filter and its protective mesh under cool running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergent.

- Once dry, reinsert the filter assembly into the dustbin and reattach the dustbin to the main unit.

Important: All bagless cylinder vacuums require checking for blockage and filter cleaning. Failure to check blockage and filters may result in overheating, power cutoff, or reduced suction power.
