4.1 App Installation (for iOS & Android)

  1. Scan the QR code below or search for "Jadens Printer" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to download the application.
  2. Ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your smartphone.
  3. Grant "Jadens Printer" app permissions to use location, position, and Bluetooth.

4.2 Njikọ Bluetooth

  5. Once connected, you can access paper settings and begin printing.

4.3 USB Cable Connection (for Laptops & Computers)

  1. Install the appropriate printer driver on your Windows or Mac laptop/computer. Drivers can typically be found on the JADENS official websaịtị.
  2. Connect the printer to your computer using the provided Type-C USB cable.
  3. The computer should recognize the printer, and it will be ready for use.

The JADENS Portable Printer exclusively uses thermal paper. It does not support regular copy paper.

  1. Open the paper cover of the printer.
  2. Insert the thermal paper roll or fan-fold paper into the paper bin, ensuring the printable side (usually smoother) is facing the print head.
  3. Adjust the paper guides to fit the width of the paper snugly.

5.2 Printing via Computer (Windows/Mac)

  1. Ensure the printer is powered on and connected via USB to your computer, and drivers are installed.
