4.1 Charging the Alarm Unit
Before first use, fully charge the alarm unit. The unit is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium battery.

The WSDCAM alarm offers three primary installation methods to suit various mounting surfaces and preferences:

This method is ideal for handlebars, seat posts, or other cylindrical objects. It allows for easy removal and re-installation.
- Attach the mounting bracket to the desired location using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Align the screw holes on the alarm unit with the bracket.
- Twist the alarm unit onto the bracket until it locks securely in place.

Suitable for irregular mounting objects or areas where a bracket cannot be used.
- Position the alarm unit on the desired surface.
- Thread the provided cable ties through the designated slots on the alarm unit and around the mounting object.

- Double-sided Tape Installation:
Best for flat, clean surfaces where a discreet or permanent attachment is desired.
- Clean the mounting surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
- Peel off one side of the protective backing from the double-sided tape and apply it to the back of the alarm unit.
- Peel off the remaining protective backing and firmly press the alarm unit onto the desired surface for at least 30 seconds.
