1. Okwu mmalite
The Ortis Refrigerator Surge Protector HRSP-01Y is designed to safeguard your valuable home appliances, particularly refrigerators, from various electrical abnormalities. This device offers protection against high and low voltage, power spikes, instant surges, power failures, voltage fluctuations, brownouts, and load shedding. By regulating the power supply and introducing a time delay after power restoration, it helps to extend the lifespan of your appliances and prevent costly damage.

5. Ntuziaka ọrụ
Once connected, the Ortis Refrigerator Surge Protector operates automatically. It continuously monitors the incoming voltage for abnormalities. If the voltage deviates from the safe operating range (below 90VAC or above 135VAC), the device will automatically cut off power to the connected appliances to prevent damage.
When the power supply returns to a stable voltage, the surge protector initiates a 3-minute time delay. This delay is crucial for appliances with compressors, such as refrigerators, allowing internal pressures to equalize before restarting. This prevents stress on the compressor and prolongs its operational life. After the 3-minute delay, if the voltage remains stable, power will be restored to your appliances.

6. LED egosi
The surge protector features clear LED indicators to display the current voltage ọnọdụ:
- Akwa Voltage (>135VAC) Indicator: Lights up when the incoming voltage exceeds 135VAC. Power to appliances is cut off.
- Vol dị alatage (<90VAC) Indicator: Lights up when the incoming voltage drops below 90VAC. Power to appliances is cut off.
- Nkịtị Voltage egosi: Lights up when the incoming voltage is within the safe operating range (90VAC to 135VAC).
- Delay Period Indicator: Lights up during the 3-minute delay period after power restoration or voltage stabilization.

7. Nlekọta
The Ortis Refrigerator Surge Protector requires minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines to ensure its continued performance:
- Nhicha: Periodically wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Nyocha: Regularly inspect the surge protector, its cord, and the connected appliance cords for any signs of wear, damage, or overheating.
- Igwe ikuku: Ensure the device is not covered or placed in an area where ventilation is restricted.
- Nchekwa: If storing the device, keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
