- Rotate the attachment counter-clockwise until it clicks into place.
- To remove, reverse the process: push up and rotate clockwise.

- Wire Whisk: Use for light mixtures such as egg whites, cream, meringues, and thin batters. Start at low speed and gradually increase.
- Flat Beater: Use for medium to heavy mixtures like cakes, cookies, pastries, and mashed potatoes.
- nko mgwakota agwa: Use for kneading yeast doughs for bread, pizza, and pasta. Use at low speeds (1-3) to avoid overworking the motor.
- Flexible Edge Beater: Ideal for thoroughly mixing ingredients, especially sticky batters, without stopping to scrape the bowl.
5.4 Mgbe ejiri ya
- Turn the speed control lever to '0' (off) and unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
- Tilt the motor head back using the release lever.
- Remove the attachment by pushing up and rotating clockwise.
- Remove the mixing bowl by twisting it counter-clockwise.
- Clean all parts as described in the Maintenance and Cleaning section.
