The blood pressure monitor can be powered by two methods:

Proper cuff application is crucial for accurate measurements. The adjustable cuff is designed for arm circumferences between 8.7 and 16.5 inches.
- Open the Cuff: Open the cuff and pass one end through the iron ring. Ensure the Velcro faces outward.
- Debe Cuff: Wrap the cuff around your bare left upper arm. The air tube should run down the center of your arm, aligned with your middle finger. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2-3 cm (about 1 inch) above your elbow joint.
- Chekwaa mkpuchi ahụ: Tighten the cuff snugly but not too tightly. You should be able to insert one or two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
- Arm Position: Rest your arm comfortably on a table or flat surface with your palm facing upwards. Ensure the cuff is at the same level as your heart.

2. Understanding the Tri-Color Backlight
The monitor features a tri-color backlit display to visually indicate your blood pressure category according to WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines:
