This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your CREWORKS Ultrasonic Cleaner, Model SX-DUCV106. This device utilizes ultrasonic cavitation to thoroughly clean various items, including vinyl records, jewelry, glasses, and more. - Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Close the drain valve securely.
- Fill the stainless steel tank with water. For enhanced cleaning, a small amount of appropriate cleaning solution can be added. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.

General Cleaning Procedure
- After filling the tank (see Setup), place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Ensure items are fully submerged but not touching the bottom of the tank.
- Place the cleaning basket into the tank.
- Set the desired cleaning time using the 'TIME +' and 'TIME -' buttons on the control panel. The timer can be set up to 30 minutes.
- Set the desired temperature using the 'TEMP +' and 'TEMP -' buttons. The heater can warm the solution up to 175°F (79°C). Heating can improve cleaning effectiveness for some items.
- Press the 'ON/OFF' button for the ultrasonic function to start cleaning. Press the 'ON/OFF' button for the heater function if heating is desired.
- The unit will automatically stop when the set time expires.
- Carefully remove the cleaning basket and rinse the cleaned items with clean water.
Vinyl Record Cleaning Procedure
- Assemble the vinyl record washing rack and place it over the tank.
- Carefully mount up to three 7-inch or 12-inch vinyl records onto the rack, ensuring the labels are protected from the cleaning solution.
- Lower the records into the tank, ensuring the grooves are submerged in the cleaning solution.
- Set the desired cleaning time and temperature as described in the General Cleaning Procedure.
- Start the ultrasonic cleaning and heating functions.
- Once cleaning is complete, carefully lift the records from the tank.
- Place the cleaned records onto the included drying rack to air dry completely before storage or playback.

- SET TEMP (°C) / ACTUAL TEMP (°C): Displays the set temperature and the current actual temperature of the solution.
- TEMP + / TEMP -: Buttons to increase or decrease the target temperature.
