This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your AEROPRO TOOLS AP17315 1/4" Air Angle Die Grinder and AP17314 1/4" Air Straight Die Grinder. These pneumatic tools are designed for high-speed grinding, port smoothing, general polishing, and deburring tasks. The kit includes both straight and angle models to accommodate various applications and access tight areas.
2. Ozi nchekwa
Always observe basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to the tool. Read and understand all instructions before operating the tool.
- Nchedo anya: Always wear ANSI-approved safety goggles or safety glasses with side shields when operating or performing maintenance on this tool.
- Nchedo Ntị: Wear appropriate hearing protection to prevent hearing damage from prolonged exposure to noise.
- Nchekwa aka: Wear appropriate work gloves to protect hands from abrasions and vibrations.
- Mpaghara ọrụ: Keep your work area clean, well-lit, and free of clutter. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Nbunye ikuku: Ensure the air compressor and air lines are rated for the tool's operating pressure. Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 90 PSI (6.2 bar).

5. Nhazi
Follow these steps to set up your AEROPRO die grinder for operation:

- mmanu mmanu: Before first use and daily thereafter, apply 3-5 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet. This lubricates internal components and extends tool life.

Once the tool is properly set up and safety precautions are observed, you can begin operation.
- Jidesie Ike: Grip the tool firmly with both hands, ensuring a stable and controlled hold.
- Tinye nchekwa: Depress the safety-lock throttle lever and then squeeze the trigger to start the tool. Release the trigger to stop.
- Bido nwayọ: Allow the tool to reach full speed before making contact with the workpiece.
- Tinye nrụgide: Apply light, consistent pressure to the workpiece. Avoid excessive force, which can reduce tool life and accessory performance.
- Jikwaa njikwa: Guide the tool smoothly over the work surface. The lightweight design and ergonomic handle aid in control, especially in tight areas.
- Ngwa: Use for high-speed grinding, smoothing, polishing, and deburring various materials.

7. Nlekọta
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your die grinder.
