3. Nhazi

Before initial use, fully charge the scanner using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the scanner and a power source (e.g., computer USB port or USB wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 5 hours.

The LENVII CW200 offers two connection methods: 2.4G Wireless and USB Wired.

3.2.1 2.4G Njikọ ikuku
- Insert the 2.4G Mini Receiver (dongle) into an available USB port on your computer (PC or Laptop).
- Turn on the barcode scanner. It will automatically pair with the receiver.
- Open a text editor or any application where you want the scanned data to appear.
- Scan a barcode to test the connection. The scanned data should appear on your screen.

3.2.2 Njikọ eriri USB
- Connect the provided USB cable to the scanner and then to a USB port on your computer.
- The scanner will be recognized as a HID keyboard device. No driver installation is typically required.
- Open a text editor or any application where you want the scanned data to appear.
- Scan a barcode to test the connection. The scanned data should appear on your screen.

4. Ntuziaka ọrụ
4.1 Basic Scanning

- Ensure the scanner is connected to your computer via wireless dongle or USB cable.

4.2 Upload Modes
The LENVII CW200 supports two data upload modes, utilizing its built-in flash memory:
4.2.1 Instant Upload Mode
In this mode, scanned barcodes are immediately transmitted to your computer. This is the default mode and is suitable for real-time data entry.
4.2.2 Ọnọdụ nchekwa
When out of range or when real-time transmission is not required, the scanner can store up to 50,000 barcode entries in its internal 512KB memory. Data can be uploaded to your computer later when the scanner is reconnected or brought back into range.

4.3 Advanced Settings (Prefix/Suffix)
The scanner can be configured to add a prefix or suffix to scanned data. This feature is useful for data formatting and integration with specific software systems. 6. Nlekọta
