If the battery is not pre-installed, or for replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Insert the key into the lock cylinder and turn to unlock.
  2. Open the lock unit by separating the two halves.

  5. Insert the new lithium battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  6. Close the lock unit securely.
  7. Push down the lock pin to arm the alarm.

4.2 Arm/Disarm Selection

The lock can be armed or disarmed by how you engage the locking pin:

  • Alarm Activated (Armed): Push the lock pin down once until you hear a single beep. The alarm is now armed.
  • Alarm Deactivated (Disarmed): Push the lock pin down twice quickly until you hear two beeps. The alarm function is now deactivated, but the lock still functions mechanically.

5.1 Locking Your Vehicle

To secure your motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle:

  1. Position the lock around the handlebar grip and the brake lever. Ensure the brake lever is depressed to engage the brake.
  2. Close the two halves of the lock around the grip and lever.
  3. Push the locking pin down until it clicks into place. If you wish to arm the alarm, push it down once for a single beep. If you wish to disarm the alarm, push it down twice quickly for two beeps.
  4. Verify the lock is securely fastened and the brake lever is engaged, preventing movement of the vehicle.

5.2 Unlocking Your Vehicle

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your ZOVII Alarm Brake Lever Lock, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Alarm Not Sounding or Weak:
