The Avision AV332U is a high-performance duplex sheetfed scanner designed for efficient document processing in business environments. It offers fast scanning speeds of 32 pages per minute (ppm) and 64 images per minute (ipm), making it suitable for various scanning needs.

This scanner is capable of handling a wide range of media, including standard documents, plastic ID cards, business cards, and other heavy card stock up to 1.25 mm thick. Its straight paper path design ensures smooth feeding for paper weights from 27 to 413 g/m² (7 to 110 lb) and sizes up to 8.5” x 14” (legal).

Equipped with ultrasonic multi-feed detection, the AV332U prevents missing pages by accurately identifying and alerting users to instances where multiple sheets are fed simultaneously. With an optical resolution of 600 dpi and advanced image processing technology, the scanner ensures high-quality digital conversions of your documents. The built-in CIS (Contact Image Sensor) module eliminates warm-up time, allowing for immediate operation.

The AV332U features a compact and stylish design with foldable input and output paper trays, which not only save desk space when not in use but also protect the unit from dust.   2. Configure a new scan profile or select an existing one. You can set parameters such as scan mode (color, grayscale, black & white), resolution, file format (PDF, JPEG, TIFF), and destination (email, printer, local folder, cloud services like Google Drive or Evernote).

  • AVScan: Provides advanced image enhancement features, such as de-skew, auto-crop, blank page removal, and color detection, to optimize scanned images.
  • PaperPort: A document management system that helps organize, view, edit, and share scanned documents and other digital files. It includes features for creating searchable PDFs and integrating with various applications.
