Open the battery compartment cover. Align the 80V battery with the battery slot and push it firmly until it clicks into place. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Grass Bag / Side Discharge Chute Installation
Depending on your desired mowing method, install the grass collection bag or the side discharge chute. Refer to the diagrams for proper attachment.

To start the mower, ensure the battery is inserted and the safety key is in place. Follow these steps:
- Long press the start button until the green light illuminates.
- Press and hold the lawn mower wrench (mowing trigger) while simultaneously holding the start button.
- Release the start button once the blade begins to turn. Continue holding the mowing trigger to operate the mower.

4. Stopping the Mower
Release the mowing trigger to stop the mower. The blade will cease rotation within a few seconds. Always remove the safety key when finished mowing or when leaving the mower unattended.
