The DR 865 offers a simplified "Senior Mode" for ease of use. To activate:

  2. Tune to your desired favorite stations and save them to the preset buttons (1-6). Refer to the "Saving Presets" section for detailed instructions.
  3. Access the system settings via the MENU button. Navigate to the "Senior Mode" option and enable it.

In Senior Mode, only power on/off, volume adjustment, and recalling favorite stations (1-6) are available, preventing accidental setting changes.
