2.1 Ntinye batrị
The monitor requires 2 AAA batteries (included). To install:

2.2 Correct Cuff Placement and Measurement Posture
Proper cuff placement and body posture are crucial for accurate readings.

- Wear & Adjust: Adjust the cuff and wrap it around your left wrist with your palm facing up. Ensure the device is positioned correctly on your wrist.
- Keep 1-finger Distance: The distance between the top of the machine and your hand should be about 1-2 cm.
- Start to Measuring: Sit up straight and relax for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Keep the wrist cuff at the same level as your heart during the measurement.

The SUMEE Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is designed for simple one-button operation.
- Ensure the cuff is correctly placed on your wrist and you are in the recommended measurement posture.
- Pịa Malite/Kwụsị button. The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate.
- Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the large backlit LCD screen within approximately 30 seconds.
- The four-color indicator on the left side of the display provides a quick visual reference for your blood pressure level according to WHO guidelines.

3.2 Dual User & Memory Function
The monitor supports two users, each with 99 memory sets, allowing you to track your readings over time.

- To switch between User 1 and User 2, press the SET bọtịnụ.
- Iji view past readings, press the MEM button. Repeatedly pressing MEM will cycle through stored measurements.
- Each stored reading includes a time and date stamp.
