  1. Unbox Your Device: Carefully remove the Fitbit Sense smartwatch, charging cable, and included small and large bands from the packaging.
  2. Charge the Smartwatch: Connect the magnetic charging cable to the back of your Fitbit Sense. Plug the USB end into a compatible USB power source. Ensure the watch is securely attached to the charger. A full charge typically takes about an hour, but a 12-minute charge can provide a day's power.
  3. Download the Fitbit App: On your smartphone (iPhone or Android), download and install the official Fitbit app from your device's app store.
  4. Create/Log In to Fitbit Account: Open the Fitbit app and follow the on-screen prompts to create a new account or log in with an existing one. A Google account may be required.
