  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the walkie-talkie.

"Roger" Beep

A "Roger" beep is an audible tone transmitted when the PTT button is released, signaling to the other party that you have finished speaking. This feature is usually enabled by default.

  2. Jiri ihe Elu/ala buttons to select the VOX sensitivity level (e.g., 1-3, with 3 being most sensitive) or turn VOX off.
  3. Pịa MENU button again to confirm your selection, or wait a few seconds for it to set automatically.

7. Range and Environmental Factors

The Lexibook TW58 Walkie-Talkies offer a communication range of up to 8 kilometers (5 miles) in optimal outdoor conditions. Actual range can vary significantly due to several factors:

  • Ala: Hills, dense foliage, and buildings can obstruct signals and reduce range.
