5.1 Automatic Operation (with float switch)
- Ensure the pump is properly installed and connected to power.
- The pump will automatically start when the water level rises and lifts the float switch.

5.2 Manual Operation (without float switch or for specific tasks)
For manual versions or when bypassing the float switch:
- Connect the pump to power. The pump will begin operating immediately.
- Monitor the water level to prevent the pump from running dry for extended periods. The pump can run dry for up to 1 minute without damage.
- Disconnect the pump from power to stop operation.
