Sovol XZBDS

Sovol Solar Turntable 360° Rotating Stand for UV Resin Curing

Model: XZBDS

1. Okwu mmalite

The Sovol Solar Turntable is designed to provide a 360° rotating platform for the uniform curing of UV resin 3D prints. This stand utilizes solar or strong artificial light sources (like UV lamps) to power its rotation, ensuring that all surfaces of your 3D printed models receive consistent exposure during the curing process. It is also suitable for displaying small items such as jewelry, mobile phones, watches, and crystal objects.

5. Nhazi

  1. Unpack the Turntable: Carefully remove the solar turntable from its packaging.
  2. Nkwanye: Place the turntable on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is sufficient space around it for the items you intend to display or cure.
  3. Isi mmalite ọkụ: Position the turntable in an area with adequate light. For UV resin curing, a dedicated UV light source is required. For general display, natural sunlight or strong fluorescent lighting will suffice. The turntable's solar panels (visible on the base) need to be exposed to light to initiate rotation.
  4. Initial Rotation: If the turntable does not start rotating immediately, gently nudge it to overcome initial inertia. Stronger light will result in faster and more consistent rotation.

6. Ntuziaka ọrụ

  1. Ihe ebe: Carefully place the item you wish to rotate (e.g., a 3D print for curing, or a display item) onto the center of the turntable's transparent tray. Ensure the weight does not exceed the maximum load capacity of 500g (1.1 lbs).
  2. Mee ntụgharị: Expose the solar panels on the turntable's base to a strong light source. For UV resin curing, this will be your UV curing lamp. For display purposes, natural sunlight or bright indoor lighting is sufficient. The turntable will begin to rotate automatically.
  3. Monitor Curing (for 3D prints): When curing UV resin prints, ensure the UV light source is positioned to evenly illuminate the rotating object. The 360° rotation helps achieve uniform curing on all sides.
  4. Stop Rotation: To stop the rotation, remove the turntable from the light source. There is no on/off switch; the device is entirely light-powered.

7. Nlekọta

  • Nhicha: Wipe the turntable with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no water enters the internal components. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Nchekwa: When not in use, store the turntable in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent unnecessary rotation and potential wear.
  • Nyocha: Periodically check the turntable for any signs of damage or obstruction that might hinder its rotation.

8. Nchọpụta nsogbu

Problem: Turntable does not rotate.
  • Ngwọta 1: Ensure the solar panels on the base are exposed to sufficient light. The device requires strong light (natural sunlight, UV lamp, or bright fluorescent light) to operate.
  • Ngwọta 2: Check if the item placed on the turntable exceeds the maximum weight load (500g / 1.1 lbs).
  • Ngwọta 3: Gently nudge the turntable to overcome initial inertia.
  • Ngwọta 4: Ensure there are no obstructions preventing rotation.
Problem: Rotation is slow or inconsistent.
  • Ngwọta 1: Increase the intensity or proximity of the light source to the solar panels. Stronger light results in faster rotation.
  • Ngwọta 2: Reduce the weight of the item on the turntable.
  • Ngwọta 3: Ensure the turntable is on a perfectly flat surface to prevent friction.
