Before first use, fully charge your Jaybird RUN XT headphones. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Connect the USB charging cable to the case and a power source. The LED indicators on the earbuds and case will show charging status.

This means they can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Always ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.
