This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your VGEBY 2-inch Fuel Level Gauge and Sending Unit. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper function and safety. This product is designed for universal application in 12V 4/6/8 cylinder gasoline vehicles.

The VGEBY Fuel Level Gauge system provides accurate, real-time monitoring of your vehicle's fuel level. It features a high-sensitivity gauge with an E-1/2-F range and a built-in night light for clear visibility in all conditions.

4.1 Fuel Level Gauge Installation

4.2 Fuel Sending Unit Installation
The fuel sending unit must be installed in your vehicle's fuel tank. This typically involves removing the existing sending unit or modifying the tank for installation. Ensure the float arm has a full range of motion without obstruction.

4.3 Njikọ njikọ
Refer to the wiring diagram below for proper connections. Incorrect wiring can damage the gauge or vehicle electrical system.

After all connections are made, reconnect the vehicle's battery and test the gauge operation.

Once installed and wired correctly, the VGEBY Fuel Level Gauge operates automatically when the vehicle's ignition is on.

- Reading the Gauge: The needle will indicate the current fuel level between 'E' (Empty) and 'F' (Full). The '1/2' mark represents half a tank.

- Gauge Not Working (No Reading):
- Check power supply to the gauge (red wire). Ensure it receives 12V when the ignition is on.

- Inspect the connection to the fuel sending unit (yellow wire).
- Test the fuel sending unit for proper resistance range. A faulty sending unit will prevent accurate readings.
