3. Nhazi

Before first use, fully charge the battery packs. Ensure the charger is connected to a suitable power outlet.

3.2 Loading a Cartridge or Sausage Pack

The STIER Cordless Cartridge Gun supports both standard cartridges and flexible sausage packs. The method of loading differs slightly.

For Cartridges:

  1. Ensure the gun is switched off and the battery is removed.
  2. Press the release lever (if present) and pull the plunger rod back completely.
  3. Insert the cartridge into the barrel of the gun, nozzle first.
  4. Cut the tip of the cartridge nozzle at the desired bead size and attach the appropriate applicator tip if necessary.
  5. Push the plunger rod forward until it makes contact with the back of the cartridge.

For Sausage Packs (using the 400 ml tube):

  1. Ensure the gun is switched off and the battery is removed.
  2. Unscrew the front cap and remove the plunger from the 400 ml tube.
  3. Insert the sausage pack into the tube. Cut off the end of the sausage pack.
  4. Reinsert the plunger and screw the front cap back onto the tube.
  5. Attach the loaded tube to the gun.

The STIER Cordless Cartridge Gun features adjustable speed settings to control the flow rate of the material. Locate the speed adjustment dial, usually near the handle or motor housing. Rotate the dial to select the desired speed. Start with a lower setting and increase as needed for optimal control and material flow.

4.3 Applying Material

  1. Position the nozzle of the gun at the starting point of your application.
  2. Press the trigger to begin dispensing material. The amount of pressure applied to the trigger may also influence the flow rate.
  3. Move the gun steadily along the joint or surface to create an even bead.
  4. Release the trigger to stop the flow. The gun features an automatic drip-stop function to prevent excess material from flowing out.
