Follow these steps for proper installation of your DAKASON LED Wall Pack. Ensure power is disconnected before starting.

  1. Choose a suitable mounting location on a wall or vertical surface, ensuring it can support the fixture's weight.
  2. Securely attach the mounting plate to the junction box or wall using appropriate screws and anchors (not included, if required for your surface).
  3. Ensure the mounting plate is oriented correctly, typically with 'UP' arrow pointing upwards, to allow proper hinge function.

  1. Connect the fixture's black wire to the supply's live/hot wire.
  2. Connect the fixture's white wire to the supply's neutral wire.

3. Securing the Fixture

4. Photocell Configuration (Optional)

The fixture comes with a pre-installed photocell for dusk-to-dawn operation. If you prefer to control the light with a wall switch, you can replace the photocell with the included non-photocell cover.

  1. To disable the photocell, carefully disassemble the housing of the lamp to access the photocell.
  2. Pull out the existing photocell.
  3. Screw in the non-photocell cover into the opening.

If the photocell is installed, the fixture will automatically turn on when ambient light levels drop (dusk) and turn off when light levels rise (dawn). Ensure the photocell is not obstructed by objects or other light sources, which could interfere with its operation.
