2. Ntuziaka nchekwa

Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating the device. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

  1. Loosen the locking mechanism on the auxiliary handle.
  2. Slide the auxiliary handle onto the main shaft to your desired working position.
  3. Tighten the locking mechanism to secure the handle.

4.2 Installing the Brush

The GFR 401 features a tool-free brush change system.

  2. Press the black plastic quick-release system (with 3 fingers) fully downwards.
  3. Insert the desired brush (nylon or metal) onto the spindle until it clicks into place.
  4. Release the quick-release system to secure the brush. Gently pull on the brush to ensure it is firmly seated.

4.3 Adjusting Working Height

The aluminum tube is height-adjustable from 89 cm to 114 cm to allow comfortable working in an upright posture.

  1. Loosen the locking collar on the main shaft.
  2. Extend or retract the shaft to your preferred working height.
  3. Tighten the locking collar securely.

5.2 Starting and Using the Device

  1. Hold the main handle and the auxiliary handle firmly.
  2. Press the safety switch (if present) and then the trigger to start the motor.
  3. Guide the device along the joints, allowing the guide wheel to assist in maintaining a straight line.
  4. Apply gentle, even pressure. Do not force the brush into the joints.
  5. Move the device slowly and steadily to ensure thorough cleaning.
  6. To stop the device, release the trigger.
