  • Sequential Trip (Single Shot): Press the contact trip firmly against the workpiece, then pull the trigger to fire a nail. The tool must be lifted and re-pressed for each nail. This mode offers precise placement.
  • Contact Trip (Bump Fire): Hold the trigger, then press the contact trip against the workpiece to fire a nail. Nails will fire as long as the trigger is held and the contact trip is pressed against the surface. This mode is faster for repetitive fastening.

Always ensure the contact trip is fully depressed against the workpiece before pulling the trigger to prevent accidental firing.
