4. Nhazi
- Prepare the Substrate: Drill a hole of the specified diameter and depth according to the anchor rod size and application requirements. Ensure the hole is clean, dry, and free of dust and debris. Use a brush and compressed air to thoroughly clean the drilled hole.
- Prepare the Adhesive Cartridge: Remove the cap from the HY 100 adhesive cartridge. Screw a new mixing nozzle firmly onto the cartridge.
- Load into Dispenser: Insert the prepared adhesive cartridge into the HDE 500 dispenser tool.
- Dispense Initial Material: Before injecting into the hole, dispense a small amount of adhesive onto a piece of cardboard or waste material until a consistent, uniformly mixed color is achieved. This ensures proper mixing of the two-component adhesive.
5. Ntuziaka ọrụ
- Inject Adhesive: Insert the mixing nozzle to the bottom of the drilled hole. Begin dispensing the adhesive while slowly withdrawing the nozzle, ensuring the hole is filled from the bottom up to approximately 2/3 full. Avoid trapping air.
- Insert Anchor Element: Immediately insert the anchor rod or rebar into the adhesive-filled hole with a slight twisting motion until it reaches the bottom.
- Oge ọgwụgwọ: Observe the specified curing time (working time and full curing time) provided in the product technical data sheet, which varies based on ambient temperature. Do not load the anchor until full curing is achieved.
- Hichapụ: Clean any excess adhesive from the surface before it cures.
6. Nlekọta
- Dispenser Tool: After use, clean the HDE 500 dispenser tool thoroughly, especially the plunger and cartridge holder, to prevent adhesive buildup.
- Nchekwa: Store unused adhesive cartridges in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the cap is securely replaced on partially used cartridges (if applicable, though HY 100 is often single-use once mixed).
- mkpofu: Dispose of used cartridges and mixing nozzles according to local environmental regulations.
7. Nchọpụta nsogbu
| Nsogbu | Ihe nwere ike ime | Ngwọta |
|---|---|---|
| Adhesive not mixing properly (streaky color) | Insufficient initial dispensing; clogged nozzle | Dispense more material until uniform color is achieved. Replace nozzle if clogged. |
| Anchor rod not fully seating | Hole too shallow; too much adhesive | Ensure correct hole depth. Do not overfill the hole (fill 2/3). |
| Adhesive cures too quickly/slowly | Incorrect ambient temperature | Refer to technical data sheet for temperature-dependent curing times. Adjust work pace accordingly. |
