5.2 Mounting the LED Strips

1. Carefully peel off the protective film from the self-adhesive backing of the LED strip.
2. Press the strip firmly onto the prepared surface, holding it in place for a few seconds to ensure good adhesion.
3. For optimal adhesion, avoid repositioning the strip multiple times.

The LED strips are designed for a 12V DC power supply. Each strip has two wires:

Connect the red wire to the positive terminal of your 12V DC power source and the black wire to the negative terminal. Ensure connections are secure and insulated to prevent short circuits.

5.4 Cutting the LED Strips (Optional)

If a shorter length is required, the LED strip can be cut. Look for the copper-colored bars located after every 3 LED beads. Cut only along these designated lines. After cutting, it is crucial to seal the exposed end with insulated glue or a waterproof cap to maintain the IP67 rating and prevent damage.

Once properly installed and wired to a 12V DC power source, the LED strips will illuminate when power is supplied. There is no remote control included with this model; operation is typically controlled by the vehicle's existing wiring or an external switch (not included).
