- Align the lock chassis with the cross bore, ensuring the spindle engages with the latch mechanism.
- Insert the exterior and interior lever assemblies.
- Secure the lock chassis with the through-bolts or mounting screws. The design features no exposed mounting screws for a clean appearance.
4. Install Strike Plate
- Mark the position for the ASA strike plate on the door frame, aligning it with the latch bolt.
- Chisel out the mortise for the strike plate to sit flush with the door frame.
- Secure the strike plate with the provided screws.
