To successfully assemble your Agri-Fab 350-Pound Steel Tow-Behind Dump Cart, you will need the following tools:
- One Pair of Pliers
- Two 1/2-inch Wrenches
- Two 7/16-inch Wrenches

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your dump cart. It is recommended to watch the full assembly video for visual guidance.

- Assemble Cart Bed Panels: Place the two cart bed panels (Part 5) together and align the holes along the bottom lip. Insert three 1/4-20 x 3/4" hex bolts (Part E) through the holes and loosely secure them with three 1/4-20 nyloc nuts (Part F). Do not fully tighten yet.
- Attach Lower Rear Angle: Take the lower rear angle (Part 4) and align it with the bed. Insert four 5/16-18 x 3/4" truss head bolts (Part D) through the holes in the bottom of the cart bed and bracket. Loosely secure them with four 5/16-18 nyloc nuts (Part G). Do not fully tighten yet.
- Attach Left and Right Rear Angles: Attach the left rear angle (Part 2) to the cart body by inserting one 1/4-20 x 3/4" hex bolt (Part E) with a 1/4" washer (Part N), and loosely secure it with a 1/4-20 nyloc nut (Part F). Repeat this process for the right rear angle (Part 3).
- Secure Rear Angles: Insert a 1/4-20 x 3/4" hex bolt (Part E) into the lower hole of each rear angle and loosely secure them with two 1/4-20 nyloc nuts (Part F). Then, insert another 1/4-20 x 3/4" hex bolt (Part E) into the remaining hole of each rear angle and loosely secure them with two 1/4-20 nyloc nuts (Part F).
- Tighten Bed Bolts: Fully secure all bolts on the bottom of the cart bed. Then, tighten the bolts along the bottom of the tailgate reinforcement bracket and the bolts in the ends of the tailgate reinforcement bracket.
- Attach Tailgate Guides: Align a tailgate guide (Part 6) inside the cart with the guide channels toward the front of the cart bed. Loosely secure it with two 1/4-20 x 3/4" hex bolts (Part E) and two 1/4-20 nyloc nuts (Part F). Repeat for the other side.
- Attach Bed Supports and Wheel Supports: Turn the cart over so it rests on the tailgate reinforcement bracket. Align the bed supports (Part 7) and wheel supports (Part 10) and fully secure them using eight 5/16-18 x 3/4" hex bolts (Part D) with eight 5/16-18 nyloc nuts (Part G).
- Attach Latch Stand Bracket: Align the latch stand bracket (Part 9) and fully secure it using four 1/4-20 x 3/4" hex bolts (Part E) with four 1/4-20 nyloc nuts (Part F).
- Install Axle and Wheels: Place the cart upside down. Slide the axle (Part 11) through a wheel support. Slide on a 4.75" spacer (Part C). Slide the axle through the drawbar tongue (Part 15), followed by another 4.75" spacer (Part C). Then slide it through the other wheel support assembly. Slide on a large washer (Part H) onto the end of the axle. Then slide on a wheel (Part 12). Slide on another large washer (Part H). Insert an 1/8" x 1-1/4" cotter pin (Part J) and bend the ends out to secure the wheel. Repeat on the other side.
- Secure Wheel Supports: Fully secure the wheel supports.
- Install Latch Lock Lever: Insert the latch lock lever (Part 13) through the drawbar. Slide a 5/16-18 x 3" hex bolt (Part A) through the drawbar tongue, then slide on a 1" spacer (Part B). Slide the assembly through the latch lock lever and slide on another 1" spacer (Part B). Then slide the assembly through the drawbar tongue and fully secure it with a 5/16-18 nyloc nut (Part G).
- Attach Spring: Attach the short end of the spring (Part I) to the latch lock lever. Then pull the other end using the spring puller tool (Part K) to seat it in the slot on the drawbar.
- Attach Hitch Bracket: Turn the cart upright onto its wheels. Align the hitch bracket (Part 14) and secure it using two 5/16-18 x 3/4" hex bolts (Part O) and two 5/16-18 nyloc nuts (Part G).
- Install Tailgate: Install the tailgate (Part 1) by sliding it into the tailgate guides.

To dump materials, first remove the tailgate by lifting it straight up and out of the tailgate guides. Then, standing clear of the cart, release the spring latch on the tongue by pulling the latch lever towards the front of the cart. The cart body will then tilt backward, emptying its contents. Once unloaded, pull the front of the cart bed down towards the cart tongue until the latch lock lever snaps back into place. You may replace the tailgate if you wish.
